RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In line with current regulations and Terms of Sale accepted at the time of purchase, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal will expire after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the products to be returned.

For this purpose, please fill out the return form.

It will be the seller's responsibility to reply by email and confirm withdrawal receipt if carried out correctly.
If the right of withdrawal is carried out after the shipment of the products, it will be the seller's responsibility to provide by e-mail the "Return Code", which must be included in the return form to be printed and delivered together with the returned products.


If you have received the product, returns must be done within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of the right of withdrawal, together with correctly filled out return form, complete with the Return Code provided by the seller and sent to:

In case of products returns, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be in their original conditions and in their original packaging. If the product was opened after being delivered, for health safety reasons, the buyer will not be eligible to use their right of withdrawal (art. 59, letter e, Consumers Rights Act).

After receiving and inspecting the product’s conditions, Gerard’s will provide a refund, using the original payment method used by the buyer, within 10 (ten) days from the date when withdrawal communication was received, that is, from the date products were delivered.

In any case, in order to return products, including using the right of withdrawal, please fill out the return form correctly, and attach the Return Code when returning products.

FAILED DELIVERY/PICKUP:
In case the products were ordered but not picked up by the customer for any reason, the order will be cancelled and the package will be returned to our warehouses. The order amount will be refunded, subtracting the shipping fees (6€ Italy, 20€ EU, 40€ Extra).
