FAQs

What are the tiers of the Gerard's Loyalty Program?
The program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level offers you special benefits that increase as you make purchases over 12 months.
How is my tier calculated?
Your level in the program depends on the total sum you have spent on your Gerard's purchases in the 12 months prior to the current date. When you reach a new spending threshold, your level may be updated to provide you with even better benefits.

The loyalty program was launched on 06/09/2023, orders placed before that date will not be counted.
What happens once I reach a new tier?
When you reach a new level, you immediately start enjoying additional benefits and exclusive offers reserved for that level. These benefits include special discounts, sneak peeks of new products, and exclusive promotions.
Is my tier updated automatically?
Certainly! We evaluate your membership level daily based on the purchases you've made in the past 12 months compared to today's date.
How can I keep track of my tier and benefits?
To view your current membership level and discover all the benefits you have access to, you can log in to your Gerard's account on our website.
"What does 'verified review' mean?"
You can earn points by reviewing products that you have actually purchased through the designated review request email.
Spontaneously provided reviews are not valid for point accumulation purposes.
How does the cashback work?
Based on your membership level, you'll be entitled to a cashback:
  • Bronze: 5%
  • Silver: 7.5%
  • Gold: 10%
  • Platinum: 15%
The cashback will be in points, directly convertible into discount coupons of equal value, and it's calculated on the amount spent, net of discounts and shipping fees. For example, if you are in the Gold tier and you purchase products for €100, you will receive 10 points (10% cashback). With 10 points, you can redeem a €10 discount coupon!
Once rewards are redeemed, how much time do I have to place an order?
All rewards redeemed, from discounts to products, have a validity of 30 days from the moment of redemption.
Do points expire?
The earned points have a validity of 365 days from the day they were received.
Do tiers expire?
Every day, the levels are reviewed based on the spending level of the past 12 months.

For example, let's assume today is 18/01/2024, today's level calculation is done from 18.01.2024 to 18.01.2023. Tomorrow, on 19.01.2024, we will recalculate the orders from 19.01.2024 to 19.01.2023, and so on for each day. This daily calculation takes into account the amount spent in the previous 12 months. The considered period shifts daily, independently, to determine whether you need to maintain your tier, get an upgrade, or a downgrade.
