Terms and conditions
By signing up, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be registered to receive Gerard's newsletter:

Registrations will be accepted from February 1, 2024 to January 19, 2024.

• 10% of entries, for a maximum of 20 products, will be randomly selected by Gerard's on February 19, 2024 and winners will be notified on or after this date.
• No purchase is necessary. Entrants need only submit an entry to be eligible for a prize.
• Winners must reside in Europe.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old on the date of their application.
• Employees of Gerard's are not eligible to participate.
• Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
• Prizes will be awarded to randomly selected participants who are signed up to Gerard's newsletter using a random number generator. Gerard's will not be held liable if the nominated prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled on time.
• Gerard's will not be held responsible for any failure to receive applications. Gerard's assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gerard's liability in relation to the competition or these terms and conditions will be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gerard's will not be liable in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential costs, expenses, losses or damages suffered by an entrant, even if such costs, expenses, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or could reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Gerard's and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative available. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Gerard's reserves the right to replace such prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
• Winners' names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers must be provided to Gerard's if requested in order for the prize to be delivered.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Gerard's reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• Winners' names may be published in emails from Gerard's after winners have been selected.
